Made to measure for the bathroom you actually have

A standard rectangular screen only works in a perfectly square opening, and almost no Sydney bathroom is one. Walls lean, tiles step in and out, floors fall to the drain, and corners are rarely a true 90 degrees. Instead of hiding those gaps behind a thick bead of silicone, we cut the glass to match: your wall's real angle, your tile line, and your chosen height, in frameless, semi-frameless or fully framed glass.

Starphire glass removes the green tint standard glass can show; Low-E resists watermarks and soap scum; fluted and narrow-line glass add texture and privacy; laminated glass adds an extra safety and acoustic layer. We'll talk you through the right option at the measure.

Custom screens in Sydney typically run higher than a standard-size screen, which starts from $880. The price moves with glass area, hardware finish, glass type, how much custom cutting your walls and tiles need, and removal of the old screen. You get one firm, all-inclusive quote at the measure. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Yes. Every Showerland shower screen is made to order for your exact bathroom, not fitted from an off-the-shelf kit. After a laser site measure we cut the glass to your wall, your tiles and your chosen height, in frameless (10mm), semi-frameless (6mm) or fully framed glass, in any hardware colour. If your walls aren't square or your tiles step in and out, we cut the glass to follow them rather than filling the gap with silicone.

Yes. Toughened glass can't be cut or drilled once it's tempered, so every panel is cut to your exact measurements before toughening. We laser-measure the opening point by point, width, height and the actual wall angle, then order the glass cut to those figures. That's how we follow an out-of-square wall and match the glass edge to your tiles.

That custom-cut approach applies across all three glass types we install. Here's how each one looks in practice.

Frameless Shower Screens

Are you looking for a new frameless shower screen but don't know where to start? We have tips on choosing the right one for your needs.

They are gaining popularity in Sydney because they are easier to clean and have an elegant look. Also, they are an easy way to update your bathroom without replacing the entire wall. They're also great if you install a shower in a small space.

If you're installing a frameless shower screen, you'll want to make sure you pick one that's large enough to fit your shower enclosure. You should also consider the size of your shower head before choosing a screen.

They come in different sizes and shapes, so you'll need to decide what shape works best with your shower. Also, they vary in size, so you'll need a screen that fits snugly around them.

Semi Frameless Shower Screens

Two Reasons Why You Should Choose A Semi-Frameless Glass Shower Screen

First, they're also easy to install yourself, so you don't have to hire a pro!

Second, Semi-frameless shower screens are an affordable way to add privacy to your bathroom without spending much money.

If you've ever tried installing a frameless glass shower screen, you'll know how difficult it can be. Not only do you need to drill holes into the wall, but you also need to make sure you line up the holes correctly. As a result, it's not something you should attempt unless you have some experience with DIY projects.

If you're looking for a more affordable alternative to frameless glass shower screens, consider semi-frameless glass shower screens. These screens still feature a frame, making it thinner rather than thicker in the full frame option. That method makes them easier to clean and maintain and less expensive than frameless glass shower screens.

Fully Frameless Shower Screens

Full Frame Shower Screes are made from high-quality materials and designed to last. They're also easy to install. They are an affordable way to add privacy to your bathroom without sacrificing style. These screens are available in many different sizes and styles. You have one panel, sliding wall to wall, corner sliding or pivot, and the diamond shape.

You can also choose the type of glass, from laminated 6.38 mm to 4mm toughened glass. Also, you can choose the colour of the frame from white, chrome, and matt black.
